before anything else, allow me to greet all our superheroes, dear fathers: happy, happy father's day!:) this goes out especially to my dad (whom i don't think is reading this, haha.), happy father's day papa!:) you've been my shoulder to cry on, my sweater when i'm cold, my inspiration, my Superman, my great father!:D love you dad! oh and also to lolo. hey lolo, happy happy father's day! mwah. thanks for all the care and the warmest support. i love you both BIGTIME. haha.

enough of the greetings, on to my last post in summer '07. oh i know, i haven't maximized the pleasure of using the net and actually posting regularly while school's out but i did my best. just that sometimes i didn't have the eagerness to write. but now, it's just my honor to recap my summer and all the wonderful things i've learned.

whatta summer!;) i'd be lying if i say that i didn't enjoy it 'cause even if i was usually home, i really enjoyed summer '07!! haha. hmm. i'm pretty much enjoying my being "sweet sixteen". brings to mind britney's song, "i'm not a girl, not yet a woman." i find myself actually growing (not literally, 'cause i'm not getting an inch taller) and maturing. haha. dapat lang naman, di ba? haha. but i thought at this stage in life, i'd be very irritable and moody but turns out the opposite. i'm enjoying and having fun. this summer, i've had the time to relax, to think about things in life, enjoy friendships, cherish my time with my family and of course, with myself.

relaxation. it's quite ironic, i love to sleep early when we're back to school but i actually enjoyed sleeping super late. as in late. but of course, there's the luxury of waking up late too. that's one thing i super enjoyed this summer. but i have to recover and adjust my sleeping time again because school's just around the corner and it'll be most likely tougher.

reflection. summer allowed me to communicate with myself further. haha. sometimes, i think it stupid but it helps when you try to understand things and you figure something out when you talk it out loud in solitude. haha. sometimes i do that and mind it actually helps. i figured out that life must be taken one day at a time. do not overdo things. preparing for something in the future is good but as we all know, we cannot predict the future and we just have to simply seize the day. carpe diem!:) also, communication is a must. if we don't try to talk with the person we're dying to talk to, it'll just end up --whoosh! nothing. i've been texting a lot of people now that i've changed network and usually i'd hear some friends asking about this or that, wanting to talk to this person churvas.. courage! that's what we need. :D courage to overcome obstacles, courage to tell the truth, courage to simply carry on one day at a time. ;)

friendships. i've gained friends this summer and i'm happy with it. hopefully, mas lalo pang dumami. imagine life without friends... haha. i've remained in contact with most of my friends especially in school whom i really miss and it's just so fulfilling to still feel the friendship even if you're far away. :D haha. to all my friends and future friends, a toast to our friendship. :D (get a drink. ;D haha.)

quality family time. now that we see vitto growing and schooling, i'm glad that i spent most of my summer time taking care of him and watching him learn. so glad. :D one more thing, they say that during your adolescent years, you kind of move farther away from your fellas, well in my case, i'd be nothing without them. and this summer, we've spent the entire time together. that's what made my summer soooo special. i especially loved our beach party in zambales. that was super memorable. love it, except the tan. yek. haha. :) who cares? (sabay ganun.) haha.

time for me. yes,yes, yes. summer has thought me to help myself. now that i'm getting there, finding him (whoops. wrong.)..finding and figuring out who i really am and will ought to be, i've got to love myself more. and that's what i'm doing and i so love it. haha. :) i love you, me. :D yek.

oh anyways, summer was a bliss and tomorrow's the start of another chapter in high school. junior year definitely won't be an easy year. tough year is here to come and i'm ready to face it! face it with me, kiddos!:D

hey ya!:) yehez! finally, it's raining. and just so you're wonderin' why i'm creating a new post than sleeping on my comfy bed..well,well,well, that's the effect of rain on me. haha. hmm. okay, so finally, i've got the guts and the energy to re-post again. we-hell. april's coming to an end once again and that's pretty sad 'cuz believe it or not, i ain't yearning for school time yet. but i do miss my friends, my classmates, my barkada, my teachers (aww. but yeah, i do miss them), and my second home BIGTIME. but i ain't missing the projects, the homeworks, aww. give us a break. so yeah, i am currently enjoying summer. yup, chilling (especially now that it's raining, ooooh i love the rain) and sleeping all day long. :D hmm. we have to enjoy summer to the full cuz when school's back, oooh, you'll surely miss summertime. oh okay, so i'm pretty much always at home lately. i really do want to go out, shop, go on gimmicks, camps, other churvas but the opportunity's just not there. well, i've been really busy baby-sitting our dear Vitto. and i'm soooo having fun. it's a really cool summer job, nga lang, without pay. :)) hahaha. whatever.:P i'm not too heavy on bucks rin naman so not a problem. ;) matter of fact, at the end of the day it's the joy and the rest that matters. :D what a sense of fulfillment!:) sooooo.. the post's up to here na lang. chill, reader.:D enjoy summer and the summer rain. x)

april 11th. it was mandy moore's birthday yesterday. happy birthday, favorite singer! :) haha. hmm. today's our report card day. officially, it's already summer. no more school responsibilities, it's summer. i'm gonna miss soph year so much. i'm not going to think about junior year yet. not yet, im'ma enjoy summer first. okay so the card, i'm happy about how my grades went. i'm glad the hard work payed off. oh yeah, all those sleepless nights, dark eyebags (urgh.), the stress, they were all worth it! i'll surely miss the teachers. ms.molave, ms. german, ms. bio, ms. cartagena, ms. castro (oh, especially her.), ms. clarete, ms. cruz, name them! :( oh well. i'll miss the ups and downs, the fun and the good old boring days. most especially, i'm missing my home, the school, my class, the entire AA community. *sighs oh well. but one thing's for sure, another schoolyear has passed, no matter how we'd like to turn back time, past is past. we just have to cherish the memories and dwell on the present. :)

heeeey. it's been awhile. i am back. :) yay! okay so a lot has happened for the past days and i'm gonna flashback stuff in awhile but for now..it's easter monday! happy easter!! easter's supposed to be the happiest season of the year (more than christmas, my dad says) and yeah, i am currently happy and enjoying summer. but it's officially back to normal again after the four-day vacation. today, the highlight of my day goes to watching the sisterhood of the traveling pants. i've always wanted to read that book. it was in fact based on a book. but i've never got the chance to buy or borrow so i ended up watching it on dvd. :) i actually love the movie! 'twas soooo remarkable. i got a lot from it. the messages are deep and i swear i will really read the book. (they say books are more moving than motion pics.) anyhow, the movie's about a sisterhood of ladies who are the best of friends since before birth (wow, wish i had one too). they're composed of bridget (the "flirt" who continuously searched for love because she's yearning for her late mom's caress), lena (the shy girl who evolves into someone who finally found her real self after meeting a family enemy), tibby (the punk whose life changed because of a girl who's been diagnosed with leukemia) and carmen (the writer who comes from a broken family). there. i don't wanna dwell on the contents of the movie. but after it, i realized that i don't need magic pants to make me realize what it takes to live life to the full. what happens, happens. we matters is how we handle changes that come out of life. i am going to enjoy summer despite its imperfections. :D

_april 8th, EASTER SUNDAY_
oh yeah! it's finally easter! happy easter everyone! happy happy joy joy!! :)) okay, so it's all back to normal again. and i am definitely missing the beach. oh well. move on. i spent 60% of the easter sleeping. i needed to recharge and get my energy back so that's what i did, sleep. i just lurve to sleep. but unfortunately, i haven't benefited from "growing taller" by looong hours of sleep yet. i'm not losing hope but if it runs in the genes, i can't do anything about it anymore! :D FYI, my 10yearold sister is already taller than me. :( (pathetic!) oh well, noone can stop me from sleeping still. it's only during summer that i get the full 8-hour sleep at night and nap times in the afternoon, so might as well grab it. ;) the entire family celebrated Mass and we went to big r afterwards. vitto and i enjoyed the arcade. :D how i lurve arcade time spent with my cute little brother. ciao!

_april 7th, BLACK SATURDAY_
---HOME AT LAST! :) BYE BEACH!---
oh yehez! it's finally time to leave the beach and go home. honestly, we didn't want to leave yet but we have to. besides, we miss home. :) so there. as usual, we had a yummy breakfast. afterwards, they had a last swim. i didn't join anymore, i felt that i had too much tan already. :| i just stayed onshore and took vain pics of me, my best bud bhur and my bhurfriend. :) hehe. i'm currently uploading pics on friendster, i'm not so sure if it's going to be uploaded though. hopefully, it will. hmm. so after having a nice, cold shower and packing, we left zambales. that was around noontime. we stopped by vitto's favorite fastfood chain, jollibee for lunch. as usual, i had burger and fries. (i'm not on a diet, i just like those for lunch.) after lunch, we bought mangoes in a nearby town. then went straight home. it was a loooong drive and i'm glad i took the front seat beside dad. hehe. i love that seat. :D so we sang and sang the song from vitto's movie while we were inside the car. before we knew it, it was evening already and we stopped over petron nlex for some dimsum galore. we ate siomais and siopaos, watched the machine-generated carwash, said sweet goodbyes to tita lala, tito ogie and andre and then we left for home. :) we arrived home at around 7.30, i missed my room so much so i went straight there. there. once in bed, i got my "babies" and slept. i'm glad i'm home. :)

_april 6th, GOOD FRIDAY_
---JESUS DIES ON THE CROSS.---
day three at the resort. and we are currently enjoying. medyo iwas nga lang sa mga tawa especially since today, we commemorate our Savior's death on the cross. sooobra. i remember watching the passion of christ. haii. brings me chills down to my spine. i just can't explain into words how to express stuff inside me everytime Jesus' death is the topic. urgh. i just feel so unworthy of his death. that's why i'm motivated to be cautious and avoid sin. (which is good, i guess.) change topic, it's day three on the zambales beach and run-down lang. as usual, yummy breakfast. THEY swam. i can't, just couldn't explain here why. :P but in the afternoon, i swam for the last time. aww. grr. i love swimming in the afternoon coz it's low tide and i can go far from shore. pag umaga kasi high tide, i feel so close to the shore. :)) haha. ayun, practiced some strokes learned in school. played with my sister. tasted that eekie salty water. got some stones and colorful rocks. watched the sun set. after shower, we ate yum all-seafood dinner. (no meat today.) i went unlimited in te evening and texted a lot of peeps. whew! my fingers got a little hurt because of that. oh and yeah, i have an official guy best bud already. si vigguy. :)) hi vigguy, if you're reading this. :P alrighty, bye for now.

_april 5th, MAUNDY THURSDAY_
---HAPPY 4th BIRTHDAY, VITTO!:)---
oh yeah, we've finally come to the main event and the only reason why we're out on the beach this holy week, it's vitto's birthday!! woohoo! happy 4th birthday vitto! i'm super gonna remember this expensive birthday treat! haha. :)) oh today, i remember that a lot of people are celebrating their birthday too, we have ylo (dear cousin whom we definitely miss), max (our cousin's dog, woofwoof.) and our dear president, Madame GMA. :) happy birthday to you!:) it's soooo cold this morning. urgh. the aircon was on the entire night. after breakfast, we all went swimming. we're really enjoying the beach so far. and because nagbabad kami, endpoint? TAN. oh yeah, i've never been this tan all my life. tsktsk. but so what? tan is fabulous. :D let's put it as that. ;) yummy lunch after shower. then, i took care of dear vitto and andre while everyone's having siesta. :) we watched "Cars", their favorite movie using the portable dvd player. after siesta, we all enjoyed the cold halo-halo. yum!:P didn't swim in the afternoon because... can't explain it here. oh well, i took vain pics of me and my "babies". had a yummy dinner again and slept. :) i do hope vitto enjoys his fourth year. we are going to make his fourth year fabulous, starting with this cool celebration. :D byers.

_april 4th, HOLY WEDNESDAY_
---zambales beach family outing---
oh yeah, today is the day! yehez! we are out of town. we left home at 7am for iba, zambales. we're going to the beach! oh yeah. hindi halatang excited ako, mga 4am ata ako nagising. wahaha:)). any, i slept naman most of the time sa loooong drive. what do you expect? i finished packing at 1 in the morning and woke up at 4am. :) get the picture? we arrived at the resort at exactly 11.30am. we ate lunch there, unloaded baggage and rested at room21. :) haha. the beach is awesome! fabuloso! :)) we swam, of course after siesta. after shower, we enjoyed yummy dinner. we had a family gathering while waiting for the arrival of tita lala's family. we talked about our soon careers and courses. i just lurve family talks. makes me wanna open myself. :) so yun, i'm starting to think about my college life already. i'm really pushing for that medicine course. :) so help me God. :) anyway, after the family talk, i rested on our bed with luke ( my bhur bestfriend) and my bhurfriend. they're part of the family, i can't leave them home! :| so yun. tita lala's family arrived at around 8pm. i'm kind of sad i couldn't watch princess hours. mahirap kumuha ng telebisyon dun. pero okay lang, it's part of the sacrifice na lang siguro this holy week. :) alrighty, and that's the end of day 1. :D i'm sure this family outing will be lots of fun. :) ttfn. ;)

hey, hey, you, you! hellooo!! :)) oh yeah, it's holy monday. and this holy week i'm determined to: (1) watch my diet. i don't want to be chubby and all when i get back to school. (2) do not drink softdrinks, which is kind of hard especially this summer when the entire family craves for soda to quench thirst. :| (3) only subscribe to unli once a week. phew! goodluck to me! ;) (4) pray. that won't ever be lost. ;) (5) stay for only an hour in front of the computer. haha. kaya ko 'to! there. those are just it. the 5 goals this holy week. those will be my sacrifices as i repent for my sins. :) hehe.

okay, okay. so goal number 1's evident today cuz i worked out! wahaha. oh yehez! here at home. donna, my beloved hotseat kabarkada, gave me a "Grind" vcd last christmas. and it's what i'll use for the rest of summer. it's really fun. you'll be exercising through the use of dance. sounds cool eh? :)) i really enjoyed my "grind" awhile ago. i was sweating real hard. and i mean it. but it was really fun. :D aside from singing, i do love to dance. though i'm not too expertish about it, my dancing is acceptable. :) haha. i really enjoyed my exercise this morning. funny part, vitto stayed beside me pa and imitated me. :)) i love my lil bro! :)) he can dance too you know. it's in the genes! aii? okay.

next stop. this afternoon. OUR ROAD GOT PAVED already. oh yes! i refuse to think that this has nothing to do with the elections but it seems as though that's the real thing behind this. nevertheless, i'm glad we won't suffer from that lubak-lubak road. :)) oh yeah, it's very neat now. clear and nooo rocks. :)) now i can fulfill my since-birth dream of learning how to bike. yes, if you happen to read my very long profile, under the trivia, just somewhere out there, it states that even though i'm already sweet sixteen, i'm still having a hard time in biking. so help, please? :))

hey, hey, hey. :D hahaha. surprised? you should be. it's been quite awhile. haha. any, yehez! i am back! i'll try to catch up with this blog habang hindi pa masyadong busy. it's summer anyway. ;)

so yes, it's summertime. and we very much needed that especially since we were soooo freakin' busy back in Soph year. i don't want to think about entering Junior year yet though. just wanna relax and enjoy free time while it's still here. :P

there's been a lot that happened ever since the start of summer. well, aside from the fact that i get to sleep for as long as i want, finally globe na rin ako. :P haha. yehez! i am part of the globe family na. and i find it a good move cuz i get to connect with most of my friends now. (unlike when i was using the other network..:|) i get a lot of messages now. and i mean A LOT. haha. good move talaga. ;) this summer din, i got to ice skate for the first time. :)) yeah, might sound pathetic, but yeah, twas my first. :D and it's fun. :D thanks to my bestfriend rachelle, tintin, ariel, karmella, and avien, i learned. :D ho-hum. wish i could get back to that rink again. the most important part of summer is that i get to spend more time with my family especially my cute lil bro, vitto. before, i was really busy and i can hardly play with him. now i get to already. and it's awesome. he'll be studying na rin next schoolyear. haha. we're so excited to see him bring his own little backpack and kiss us goodbye before he leaves. :)) aww, cutie.

one busy week.

it has been a super busy week for me. i've been loaded with lots of school thingys. anyway, today, i've been to PEM again. first session. it was sooo fun. at first, i thought it was boring but i was actually challenged. we took up arithmetic sequence and series. it was our topic in stat last quarter. nadagdagan pa ung knowledge ko about it kanina. sobrang mind-boggling ung problems and we were challenged. :D i'm looking forward to the next sessions. tas sa car kanina, sooobrang init. para akong toast kanina. when i got home, i ate and slept. wow! ang sarap matulog. pero when i woke up, i had so many homeworks. that meant back to serious stuff. and now, i'm researching on something for ap. pero before i end this, backtrack lang sa week..

syempre classes sa morning. we're starting to have lessons na. end of sembreak and release of qt results so once again, back to serious business. tas i was excused from classes in the afternoon cuz of ridescom business. i had to go to the different levels in school. imagine,from pre-school to high school to collect rides payments. well, that's my job. and i love it. i'm supposed to love it. so anyway...next day.

tuesday. long day. i especially loved pe class. hahaha. dance. :D ang saya! i can't remember kung ano pang nangyari. so next day.

report card release. got expected grades. thank God. shortened periods so medyo packed ung discussions. my IP mates and i visited the up lib in the afternoon. obviously, to research. whew! tough researching. tas we went to admu after. kasi my bro and i will go home together. tas my bestfriend will meet up with somebody pa. going home, i felt sooo tired. when i reached home, i just did last minute homeworks then slept. :)

still half day. so in the afternoon, pumunta na nman kami sa up. to research. as usual, went home with bro. but before that, rachelle and i bonded sa mcdo. :) hahaha. fun! sana tlaga mag-work tong ip nmin. :D

end of the week. school week. finally! sabi nga pala ng teachers nmin, this was the only whole friday for the third quarter. all the fridays will be packed with activities starting next week. so i'll miss yfc for a long time. aww.

haii. i so missed this experience of posting something here. wahaha. :D so many things happened to me for the past four months. some things i'd like to remember, some things i don't dare to think about anymore. anyway, past is past. but i believe that the past is important so here i go..
first semester. i really enjoy my sophomore year so far. hmm. inspite of all the busy scheds, i still manage to relax and have fun...well, i think. :)

two-four. one of the reasons i guess why i really had a wonderful first semester was because of my class. the two-four peeps are not just my classmates, nor are they just my friends, we seem to be more than that. we're like sisters. we're a one, big, breadpan-y, musical, highly energetic family. (whoops. i forgot GORGEOUS. hahahaha.) we've shared a lot of ups and downs already. sometimes we would all be loud and happy, other times we would all be serious and busy. (but never quiet. hahaha. nabibingi ang lahat sa katahimikan.) sometimes teachers would commend us, minsan kulang na lang mag-walk out sila sa class. hahaha. pero we're angels nman eh. we just sometimes uncontrollable. i really love two-four. lahat ng hard work that i've done for them paid off. sobra! each one belongs. i, myself, belong to this family. that's just one thing that keeps me assured of everyday happiness. :)

school activities. sobrang dami na ata ng activities na nakalipas. hmm. i dunno where to start. sige, sa school masses na lang. that won't ever be scrapped off in the line-up of activities in school. it's a Christ-centered school after all. sharing lang ng two events regarding school masses. may isang mass na spi-nonsor ng class nmin. grabe. i had to wake up early so as to make it on time for the mass. mga two hours lang ata ako nakatulog nun. kasi may project kami tas yun nga reader ako sa mass ng two-four the following day. so parang aantuk-antok ako habang nagbabasa. but i tried my best. oh well, tas ung isa ung sponsored mass nman ng batch. it was september ata nun. everyone was panicking. lalo na sina charimples and cara. haha. but it was one of the most solemn sponsored masses in school for this sy. :D woohoo! next stop. ak activities. hmm. the tahanang walang hagdanan exposure. it was so fun and inspiring. i just loved the experience of having the chance to deal with people like them who despite the fact that they're physically disabled they still manage to live happy and meaningful lives. but the most fulfilling thing that happened was the beginning of new friendships. it was cool having friends like them. hopefully, we get to visit them again some other time. next stop. boy-girl interaction. whew. grabe talaga ung hard work na binuhos nmin for that activity. a month before pa lang super busy na lahat especially the officers. masaya nman ung mismong event. there were minor problems pero carry nman! haha. we met friends from the other school. they were friendly, helpful and joyous peeps. it was fun having them as partner section. yun nga lang after nung activity, unti-unting nawawala ung friendship. kasi busy na ulit. ung iba nman, iba ung reasons. well as for me.. akin nlang un. i don't wanna talk much about it anymore. what really matters to me is that at least everyone had fun and was made happy. that's what i'm more concerned of. next stop. family day or fellowship day. grabe, i really enjoyed it! it was a fun and memorable experience kasi my parents along with the parents of my batchmates got together for half a day to celebrate family life. hahaha. ang saya talaga. lalo na ung presentation nung section nmin. hahaha. impromptu pero astig. classmates, di ba? hahaha. hindi ko alam kung bakit ka ganyan... :D wahaha! =P for the remaining school activities, wag na muna. hahaha. ang haba na kasi ng nasulat ko. sorry. next time. ;)

yfc life. hmmm. habang tumatagal lalo kong nararamdaman na worth it ang pagiging servant leader ko sa yfc. grabe talaga ung feeling na alam kong nagiging stronger ung relationship ko kay God when i support yfc activities and programs. sa yfc club, sobra. ang dami nmin pero masaya nman. hopefully, everyone is happy. syempre, ndi mawawala ung problems pero sabi nga ng eastb "it's over!" hahaha. saya talaga. i know i'll always be a proud member of yfc. :D

rides com. ang dami kong natututunan sa pagiging asst. comm. head ko ng rides this year. as in. i'd like to commend the core group for that. they're all motivating me to excel in my job. and i highly appreciate that. crunchtime na nga lang kami ngaun na less than a month na ung fair. buti nga lang, wala pa maxadong hws, nakapag-post pa ako. pero busy na talaga lahat including me starting next week. all for the success of our fair. yeah! :D

special programs. last month, may youth conference/quiz bee kaming inattendan sa ateneo. wow. sobra, i learned a lot of things that i will really apply in my life as youth. i was a reserved player for the quiz bee. whew. ang tough nung questions ah. pero ang saya talaga. i really found the experience helpful for my future ap topics. bonfire. wow. finally, nakapunta na rin ako sa bonfire. well, as usual, maraming tao. thanks to the win of the ateneo teams. hahaha. go ateneo! :) ang daming food. ang daming new peeps na nakita. as well as old friends. ung fave part ko sa bonfire was watching the fireworks display with my bestfriend rachelle and "destined" grace. hahaha. ang saya lang talaga nung scene na nandun kami sa soccer field, beside each other, smiling, staring at the beautiful fireworks display. haiii. unforgettable talaga. tas eto, lately. i was chosen naman as a participant sa pem. program of excellence in mathematics. (also in ateneo) there will be a lot of saturday sessions that we will be taking up certain math topics. so that would mean busy saturday mornings for me. but it's ok, i know it's worth it. ;)

wow. so yan ung first semester happenings ko. for stuff that i missed, sorry. destiny doesn't want it to be posted. hahaha. or ayaw ko lang. pero nasabi ko nman lahat eh. i think.. i really loved the first semester. i'm looking forward to an even more fulfilling second semester. and i really hope i get to find time to post here inspite of my busy sched. thanks for reading.

to conclude, sulat ko lang ung song na nagpapa- LSS sa akin for the past week. i'm proud that i got to learn how to play it sa guitar. sana ma-play nio rin...masaya siya! :)

haii. this has been officially the start of occassional posts. since we're already back to school, priorities must come first. so that means my blog will not be as updated as it used to be since april. :( but i'll keep in touch pa rin once in awhile. haii. the past week has been a whirlwind of emotions for me. unfortunately, the sickness in our family was passed on from one member to the other. sad to say, it has to end up in the hospital already. so yeah, this evening, we went to med city over ortigas ave to visit my brother. he's getting well nman. hopefully, he recovers fast so that he could catch up with school by monday. my dad's well na rin. kasi ganito pala yun, the fever started with me, a week after the start of school. my sister came next. then my dad. and now, my brother. haii. good thing, i have friends and relatives who constantly show their love and care for us. aww!! we really appreciate it. sana tlaga he recovers fast. i believe God won't let us down naman. coz He's already enough..what more this sickness?! ;)

school. our batch has been totally reshuffled. there were major differences regarding the sections. but i'm happy with my newly met friends in section four. so far, i'm enjoying it and that's guh-reat!! :) i just miss my old classmates even back in grade seven. aww. seven-two and one-two. aww. really. i miss them bigtime! :( but it's always about adjusting. and adjusting. and adjusting. but it's really cool to meet new classmates din nman every year. my classmates are really bibbo. but we're responsible. ;) haha. they're also very supportive of me again coz they made me their sechead again this year. ndi nman ako nagsasawa. i'm loving it more year after year pa nga eh. :) happy din ako coz i have two of my hotseat-ers with me this sy. trina and idondon. ang weird nga kasi we don't have a beertugo table member at section three. so malamang kahit dalawa magkasama sa isang section. teachers. maraming new. meron ding old. they're really nice to us so far. i hope they keep it that way. they're not that strict naman. just right. asar nga lang coz there's a lot of changes with the sched. no more ssp. :(( back to 50-min subjects. the breaks are cut short. :(( haii. but we have to live by it. i believe we could nman. sooo...that's about it. that was pretty much my week. hope yours is fab-ier. :) [haha. whatta word!] take curr.

haii. the previous post was my post the other day. i sacrificed not to spend time in front of the pc yesterday because i didn't want my fever to come back. and i think i made the right decision because now, i'm really oh-so-fine already. oh, thank God! :) but hmpf. sad news though, it's my sister who has slight fever right now. waaahh!! i constantly told her the other day to stay away from me first because i don't want her to have fever too. err. but she won't listen. she wants to stay with me raw. as much as i'd like to move away when she's inching close to me. i can't nman because i felt a little weak pa nun. haii. kulit kasi eh! but then again, if it happens, it happens. so noone's to blame. ;) what matters now is she's feeling better already. :) today, my mom comes back from the 3-day retreat in tagaytay. yippeez!:) she was away for quite sometime. and we definitely miss her!! :) she's going home already in a couple of hours. can't wait! :D

~june 8,2006- yesterday~

i feel even better today! but my eyes still hurt that's why i sacrificed not to come near the tv nor the pc. too much radiation irritates my eyes and sometimes if we don't sacrifice, things may fall apart [;)] and become worse. (*things fall apart is the second book that i read for the summer reading program. it's really a masterpiece. really nice! :D) moving on, i didn't want to overwork myself today so i took powernaps throughout the day. i really looove to sleep! although last night's sleep was the worst, the powernaps today are better. :) not yet the best but way, way better. :) i really wanted to finish a lot of things today but i believe that sometimes we have to make sacrifices especially when it comes to our health. haii. oh yeah, true enough- no pain. no gain. ;)

last night, i was feeling a little weak. err. my eyes hurt. i felt that i'm going to be sick. ehem. and i did. i had the worst sleep of my life. i didn't actually feel that i slept. i felt that i was just closing my eyes all night. when i woke up, i checked my temperature and yeah, i found out that i have fever. eh today till friday, my mom's going to a retreat in tagaytay with her other co-teachers. i didn't want her to worry nman. so i assured her that i'll be fine. thankfully, right now, i'm feeling better. :) hehe. how? uhm. *of course, i drank my meds. [ulk.,i don't actually like drinking meds coz i believe in the power of water therapy. but meds do work. :) *i drank lots of water. :) even though it means i have to go back and forth to the washroom, it helped. ;) *i listened to the radio. i really feel that when i hear music, i feel better. haha. lalo na nung narinig ko ung sugod by sandwich. i really love them!:) *most of the time, i was sleeping.sleeping.sleeping. zzz... *i ate more food. hehe. the healthy ones naman. * most of all, i prayed. nothing will ever beat prayer. :) ang seryoso nman. pero i feel that prayer's the ultimate reason why i feel better right now. haha. so if u're sick, physically, emotionally, psychologically, mentally[?], just pray. rest assured that He'll always be there to listen. :)

yep! in case, you haven't noticed it's exactly a week before school starts for us. :| hmm. i'm actually kinda sad because the wonderful summer needs to come to an end already. :( but on the contrary, i'm quite excited to go to school,mainly because i miss a lot of peeps there soooo much. i haven't seen any of my friends since the last day!! err. well, i saw celina [a hotseat-er] at sta.lu but the greeting was soooo short.:( we planned a lot of gmiks sana but sometimes misfortune just strikes us, so we didn't have a single gimmick that pushed through. :( wuhuhu :(( but that's just life. sometimes you're lucky, sometimes you're not. but thankfully, amidst all these mishaps, i still got a wonderful summer through fun!fun!fun! activities shared with my family and of course, by yfc. :D haha. gratefully, i had a blast!! woohoo!:D i hope yours is too. :)

this morning, just like what happened the other day, my lolo and i jogged for around 3 kms. again!! wow!! kina-career!! :D woohoo!! it just feels when is start my day with this great morning exercise! :D haha. unfortunately, my lil sis didn't join us because she was still sleepy. sayang! hmpf. oh well, after the long run, we ate over at mcdo again. mmm..yummy breakfast!! later on, we had a general cleaning of the house. everyone helped. :D tas the new sofa set that we purchased last month was delivered to us na!! yippee!! new sofa!! love it!! :D

sorry for the title. wahaha. sooo corny. anyway, every morning i'm just used to do some stretching exercises. but today's exercise is very different and special. my grandpa, my lil sis and i jogged around 3 kms. in town. wahaha. ang sarap ng feeling!! haha. we seldom do this so i might as well enjoy it, right? :D i really enjoyed the whole morning exercise because while jogging, we shared stories. both serious and humorous ones..haha. we enjoyed best the hearty early morning breakfast at mcdo. mmm..yummy!! haha. :p my grandpa and lil sis really made me happy today. i always enjoy a day which starts with something great like this special bonding that we had. :D when we got home and rested, i was touched to get a phone call from our ever gorgeous/caring president of the yfc club, ate rizzi. :D nhux! wala lang. kamustahan. chikahan. astig. i really miss the whole yfc family especially the east b peeps. :D aww.. it's been a happy start of june for me. i hope yours is too...:D smooches.

woooh! it's been 3 days since i last wrote a post here ah. i really miss the blog!! wahaha. buti kinaya ko! whew! anyway, right now, i'm reading the book review of the merchant of venice. pra lang mas lalo ko pang maintindihan. and i'm spending extra bonding time with vitto only because my two other siblings are having their vacation at my cousin's place. as much as i'd want to sleep there, i can't because i'm taking care of my lil bro. aww. some brotherly love.:D moving on, i'd like to give a little flashback of the 3 days i missed here!! in 5.. 4.. 3.. 2.. 1..poof!:D

it's another sunday. yep, another family day. :D we went to sm ortigas to shop for..our grandfather!! wahaha. it's never too old to shop. :p we bought 3 pairs of shoes for him. some more clothes. i bought a pair of flipflops. yey!! at last, i have a new pair na ulit!! afterwhich, we went to rp to eat lunch. i forgot the name of the resto though. basta, un ung nasa tapat ng frio mixx. wahaha. :D feels sooo great to spend time with special peeps like my family. :D

it's our family summer bonding day at laguna! woohoo! we went to our cousin's place at westgrove. we spent the whole day in the clubhouse. wow! i got tanned. grrrr!! asar! but that's alright. i'll get my "normal" skin back! wahaha. i got irritated because the sunblock didn't seem to work. gosh! i applied a very thick one ha! anyway, past is past. i really love our stay there! we ate a lot of food. i managed to shoot some lay-ups in the bball court. achievement! haha. played with my lil bro at the playground. just like the good old times. wahaha. :D i really enjoyed the day..except for the tanned me. :(

hi-ers! haha. that's the ultimate/exclusive greeting of yfc hsbased!! today's the day that i really won't forget..ever!! i attended one of the most amazing yfc happenings for the year today. it's the BIG SHOT!! err.. summer highschool officer's training. i've attended some leadership trainings at school already but this one's sooo different and unique. meeting place was at mcdo. we came late though. :( sorry! naki-sabay lang kc ako kay nicole, ka-village ko na yfc din. :D the venue was at the san carlos seminary. i met lots of NFFs again. [NewFoundFriends] they're really friendly and cool. i'm really so lucky that i met them. *wink* of course, the activity started with worship songs. i just love to worship! who doesn't? it's just a little thing that we do to thank God for all the blessings He continues to give us but it really make a big impact on us. :D i love the sessions! the facis were really great!:D they really showed us what a true servant leader is. :D spending time with new friends is just sooo fun!! i had fun na, i'm learning from them pa! dito sa activity na ito, i really realized how big God's love for us is. He really loves us. astig si God. kahit na sooobrang komplikado na ang lahat, palagi lang ciang andyan..patuloy na nagmamahal. nhux!! ang deep! :D the service that we're going to give to the peeps in school will definitely be challenging. but i realized in that activity that i'm not alone, i have other willing peeps who are ready to help no matter what. syempre, number 1 na dun si God. :D haha. i will not be able to express how blessed i am that i joined this organization, particularly this once-in-a-lifetime activity. but one thing's for sure..the lessons/ideas/realizations/learnings that i got from that activity will definitely show in my service this coming sy. :D spread the love! :D

~may 20-saturday~

wow!! sooobrang nakapapagod ang araw na 'to!! haha. in the morning, i was preparing for my overnight at ate rizzi's place tas biglang sabi ng dad ko "let's go swimming." parang ako.."whuuutt!! i have an overnight." of course, i'm not in the position to say what's final...so naki-ride nlng ako. what happened was the whole family had resort-hopping. yep, we weren't able to swim. just a clarification..that wasn't my fault ah. haha. all the resorts that we visited were full. ang daming tao sooobra!! we've been to 5 or 6 resorts and all of them were full of peeps. seems like we weren't meant to swim that day. so what we did was to eat over at cnp mcdo. and then we all got home. i started to prepare again and then i went to ate rizzi's house. the purpose of the overnight was to prepare for the yfc club. i think it's really cool to prepare before-hand kc we won't be able to push through with the activities that we've planned. i was appointed vp-ia kc. uhmm..vice-president for internal affairs. that afternoon, ate rizzi and chinky told me the purpose of being the vp-ia of the club. grabe! soobrang tough work pero i'm convinced that someone out there's gonna help me through all these. ayan, so medyo nagfo-flood na ung blog ko pero sobra tlagang andaming nangyari..learned a lot of yfc songs..soobrang ang hirap mag-isip ng ideas pero we came up with some nman!! haha. nami-miss ko na salad ni ate rizzi..huhu..haha. luhbo. haii..sobrang thankful tlaga ako kay God kc nabigyan akong magbigay ng service to a bigger group! this time ndi lang mga batchmates/schoolmates ko..pati na rin yfc!! astig. ang sarap ng feeling!!

wow! first time kong pumunta sa isang big yfc sector event..the four of us [haha. solid!!]..uhmm..ate riz,chinx,cza and me..together with kuya migs..pumunta kaming sector assembly..i met lots of new friends..si nicole, danice, cindy, ate rea, ate vea, kuya karl, ate marian, uhmm..ung iba makikilala ko sa mukha pero ndi ko cla kilala by name..tsktsktsk..whooops!! have to bond with them more pa ata.. haii..ang sarap ng feeling na makapag-worship..dun kc u get to worship God through yfc songs na soobrang ganda. promise! i'm lookin forward to going to more yfc events like this..soobra!:D

since dad's already back, the whole family's definitely complete and happy! :D yep, just like what i said he brought home lotsa pasalubong! haha. i especially love the ube jam! it's oh-so-yummy! we feasted on a hearty breakfast. we ate somethin from baguio. it's their longanisa. it was kinda unusual but it was sooo delicious!! we watched like mike 2 on dvd. if u've seen the movie it's about the MJ shoes that make someone's bball dream come true. it's really cool!! haha. just proves that nothin's impossible! haha. :D tomorrow, i'll be havin an overnight-sleepover!! yippeez!! haha. it's a yfc thing!! i'll miss the blog!! i'll try to catch up on sunday! ;)

today,my dad will be coming home from a 4-day trip in baguio. we surely missed him! haii. i'm sooo excited he's gonna be home again..hopefully, with those oh-so-yummy pasalubong! haha. i've been to baguio once and it was really fun!! that happened last sembreak,..wow! i can still remember the fun that we've been into. haha. i love the coolness of the place!! and just like what i said..the pasalubong!! hehe. peanut brittle, choco mallows, strawberries..i'm hungry na!! waah. anyway, my dad's gonna be home by dinner. can't wait! ;)

yep!:D the rainy season is back! this afternoon,habang umuulan..i had this fun bonding with my little bro! haha. when it rained, soobrang gusto kong makinig ng radyo!! it so happened na we have this built-in FM radio sa tv. :D ayos! we heard gwen stefani's hollaback girl. vitto suddenly danced! haha. he was soooo cute! i danced na rin! haha. i can dance nman eh..pero i'm not so of a great dancer! my lil bro has this dance grooves that i couldn't help but laugh..haha. if only you saw him..anyway,the next two songs kept us dancing like crazy peeps..something from sugababes and itchyworms!! haha. the next songs were hale's the day you said goodnight and 6cyclemind's sandalan. sooobrang natawa na naman ako kc he tried to pretend that he's playing a guitar. ang cool! :D when the music became mellow-ish (?-what a term! haha), he played with his cars again. haii. i just love hangin' around with my cute lil brother! :D

as early as now, my family and i have been setting aside time to talk about stuff about the future. my dad actually made this visual plan wherein we could see our academic positions and our parents status at work. haha. talk about "preparing for the future". :D over the past few weeks, we have been having these mini-meetings about career. we tackle our ambitions [what we would like to be..], courses we would like to take,..simply put..plans for the future. :D today, my grandfather advised me to think about taking psychology..he's been recently reading this book,"blink"..deals with the way people act according to what they feel..blahblah..something like that..personally, i don't have much background yet about the different courses. we seldom talk about it last sy..but ever since i was a kid, i've always wanted to be a doctor..doctors make this impact on me when they serve and i want to do the same way to other peeps. entering medicine, one should have a pre-med course..i think psych's really nice..i'd love to study how people react due to what they think,feel,etc. but i'm not saying that's final..who knows? i might just change my mind..:D

happy birthday lolo! he's already 72!! wooooh!! i'm just soooo thankful he's still alive and kickin' *wink* that only proves that once you're into sports,you don't get so much into health trouble. my lolo's into tennis ksi before. i think that made him soooo strong! let me tell you some more about him..hmm..he's a man of wits..(?) [haha..trip ko lang magpaka-shakespeare..:D] you can ask him anything you may want to ask under the sun. and he'll always be there to answere us no matter how nonsense our questions are..he's good-looking of course! the handsome-est lolo in the world! ;)he's also very humorous. soooobra!;) medyo lang hindi ako nag-mana dun. :( i'm soooo corny kc eh..anyway,the celebration's gonna happen later this evening pa kya i have to go na and help prepare for the celebration! ;)

this morning, when i woke up..i checked my phone again for the time [as usual] and i saw that i have an unread message..when i opened it..nagulat ako kc this anonymous person texted me another message..this A person [shortcut..ang haba eh..:D] has been texting me since early this year..i replied thrice na ata sa kanya by asking him/her his/her name..pero A's only reply would be quotes na ayos nman..medyo naguguluhan nga lang ako kc sa tinagal-tagal ayaw pa rin niang bangitin kung sino xa..marami na akong na-rereceive na msgs like these..kwento ko lang..kc before may nag-text sakin na di ko kakilala..he kept on sendin' quotes for no apparent reason (anonymously again)..when i asked him, what his name is..sinabi nia peter..eh hello? wla nman akong kilalang peter tas sabi nia..binigay daw ni celina [hotseat-er/kabarkada] ung number ko..but according to celina, di rin nia xa kilala..ang labo..sana lang nxt time..magpakilala na sila..:D

haii. this day is really special to us. it’s our parents’ 18^th anniversary. it’s really cool to have parents like them. it’s also cool to know that amidst all trials and storms, their relationship is still in contact. we’re really fortunate that we have parents like them, who’ll always be supportive and loving. we’re very fortunate that we’re a happy, solid family. hopefully, God will continue to shower us with these blessings and graces. and also the less fortunate people who might have problems with their own, respective families. the celebration of their anniversary was done yesterday because they have work to do today since it’s another weekday. they have work to do. love you mom and dad! soooobra! ;) hope you enjoy this day as much as i’ve enjoyed it! tc.

loooong, tiring, fun family day

it’s Sunday. and every Sunday is family day! this family day though is very special because today we are to celebrate the 18^th wedding anniv of our parents [actually tom. pa ung actual anniv nila, ngayon lang nmin i-cecelebrate!]..we went to sm mega first at noon. when we got there, we looked for a resto wherein we can eat [of course!]..we chose shakey’s..wow! pizzas, mojos,..mmm..yummy! after eating, my dad went to several sports outlet. we actually didn’t have an idea what he wanted to buy..yun pala..he wanted to buy kuya the fad flip-flops nowadays..haves, dupe, etc.. unfortunately, we didn’t find the slippers that soothed his taste and of course, fitted the size of his feet! it’s kinda hard talaga, especially if you have big feet..see! there are advantages when you’re kinda petite like me..;) haha! J being on the verge of giving up, we decided to look for a new sala set. we thought that it’s about time to change our recent sofa. so we visited our home and sm homeworld. fortunately, we decided on a nice, comfy set..really comfy huh! but it’s made-to-order so we still have to wait for a month to be able to enjoy it. but that’s okay! patience is a virtue. haha!:) after purchasing it, we decided to look for other places wherein we could buy bro’s flip-flops. we stopped by the podium. but still we didn’t find any that’s suitable for him..better luck next time! there’s always a next time naman eh! syempre we’d like to end the day by thanking our Lord for all the blessings He has showered upon us. we celebrated Mass in our parish church. lesson for the day: always count your blessings. really! love this day so much. but it’s been really tiring so have to rest na.

waking up this morning, i felt a little weak. it’s not that i’m sick or whatever, maybe i was just a little bit sleepy. i was quite surprised when i saw everybody up. [well, every summer i really do sleep late “in the morning” haha. :D why was i even surprised?] i forgot my bro has a band practice today. they’ll be performing a gig soon so they have to practice for it already. the rest of the family except this “weak” me are going to check one of the resorts in Rizal. my mom asked me if i wanted to go but i refused because they’d have to wait for me pa. kagigising ko pa lang kasi eh. good thing, when they left, I managed to keep myself busy. i continued to read the merchant of Venice. in our school, we have this summer reading program and we were given a list of books that we should read. when we come back to school, we have to submit two activity sheets completely accomplished by us. i don’t know what you guys think about this but i started it anyway before it’s too late. fortunately, i finished it already today!! yey! one book down! ;) haha! J it’s a really nice book. i discovered sooo many things..hmm..feeling ko masaya discussion nito sa school especially if our eng teacher will be ms arcilla! ;) don’t want to dwell on it here sa blog kasi baka ung iba dyan di na magbasa…just kidding!;) one learning though that i won’t ever forget is that my name, via, is an Italian word for “away”..yep:D that’s why the title’s away..haha=) nabasa ko sya sa page 46 nung book! [hahaJ very detailed pa talaga..] i have to get going though..we’re going to my cousin’s place pa in maia alta. =)

wow!! still can't believe up to now na may blog na ako..i'm sooo overwhelmed..i'm running out of words..pero ndi pede un..first post ko ata to!;) hmm... when i woke up this morning, i searched for my cellphone (that's the first thing i usually do..check the time..some messages..) got two messages for me to read..one was from my bestee..nela!! she went to the States for more than a month..sobrang na-miss ko xa!! sabi nia sa msg,,ingat kami lgi..tsktsktsk..akala ko p nman msg lng nia skin...pero ayos lng..unfortunately,,can't reply to her kc i ran out of load...:( pero bestee,,if u're readin' this..i miss you a lot...;) the other message was heart-breaking...nope,,it's not a break-up message..[haha..] ..it was a message from one of my kabarkada..si donna..dpat kc may lakad kmi ngaun pero un nga sbi sa msg..postponed n raw.. :(( talk about tearing me apart!! i just miss my friends so much..tsaka..hindi pa pala kami nagkikita as a whole since march?! sooobbrraa!! anyways, sabi nga ni donna..meron png bukas,,bukas pagkatapos ng bukas (labo..),,blah blah...moving on, i got over it din..spent the rest of the day with my lil bro, vitto..he's just sooo adorable.. every little he does (is magic? joke..) just makes me smile..:D wow! still can't believe i'm writing my first ever post sa blog...haha..i really want to make one sana last year pa..pero i'm not the kind of person na techie..i don't know how to explore so much..felt so hopeless kaya hindi ako gumagawa...buti na lang,,si trina..one of my kabarkada [;)]..she told me na pede nia ako gawan..wow! so parang ako..sure..haha:D..kaya eto..sobrang thanks tlaga trina!;)
